Our carbon fiber plate is made from carbon fiber prepreg and epoxy resin.It is exceptionally flat,stable,lighter,and high strength.
Standard sizes range:from 500mmx400mm to 1000mmx800mm. Custom sizes are available upon quotation. Thickness:0.2mm,0.5mm,0.8mm,1mm,1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm are available.If you would like to get a thicker plate,please contact us.
Appearance
Both of two sides are very shiny and clear,pristine with no bubbles or voids.The carbon fiber cloth literally shimmers under the crystal clear epoxy.Both surfaces are 3K plain or twill wove and completely sealed.

Workability
Our Carbon Fiber plate is easy to work with. It can be cut with a band saw, coping saw, scroll saw, end mill, or dremmel tool. It can be drilled with standard twist drills. It can be assembled with fasteners or bonded with epoxy.
